The changes & additions included in SSDCP 2005 reach every corner of the program.
 

To start with, we re-configured much of the ‘foundation’ of the system to make it easier to install, upgrade & transport between machines. By installing outside of AutoCAD into its own Program Files folder, it's more stable without being affected by changes or upgrades to your CAD program. Plus the new menu system & other changes make SSDCP 2005 co-exist better with other third party ACAD add-ons.

Next, we added the new tools & enhancements you asked for, including....are you ready?....an AUTOMATED BOM PROGRAM!!!! This in itself was a ton of work, but we’re here to tell you, it is slick and SO fast. Adding an item into the BOM is as easy as clicking onto it, yet it retains the old BOM program’s flexibility so you can list items that SSDCP details automatically & items that were detailed otherwise -- even with other programs or straight AutoCAD. Assembly piecemarks can be added at the same time, making it a one-step process to piecemark & list material in the BOM. There are also 3 new programs for quickly drawing E-sheet sections & wall details. See list for the great new programs in SSDCP 2005.
 

Lastly, we made adjustments to many of the existing programs. 2005 also includes fixes for any bug that was reported over the past 2-1/2 years. All in all, this update makes SSDCP even better than it already was! Drop us an email if you have any questions (info@ssdcp.com).
